Kimmo Lehto appointed ETA’s Chairman
Kimmo Lehto, HSSEQ Manager at Alfons Håkans, has been appointed European Tugowners Association’s Chairman for the next two years term. ETA baton was handed over to Lehto by Leendert Muller (Multraship Towage & Salvage). PKL Flote is strengthening its fleet with a new ASD tug
PKL Flote, a member of the Alfons Håkans group, is strengthening its fleet with a new ASD tug. The tug, like Alfons Håkans’ two other new-buildings as well, is designed by Robert Allan Ltd. and build at Sanmar shipyard in Turkey. Thetis and Zeus have completed their icebreaking season
Alfons Håkans’ two icebreakers, Thetis and Zeus, have finished their icebreaking season. Their active operating started already in January but all in all winter was quite temperate.
